Loryb & DP Ventures Ltd. is one of the foremost grain producers and Supply Company in Nigeria. It is currently among the top 10 grain aggregator and processor in Nigeria.
The company was established over three decades by Dr. (Mrs.) Loretta Balogun and duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC) with registration No. RC-250273.
As part of our business and backward integration, we have about 5000 connect small holder farmers in collaboration with our off takers and other stakeholders such as Nestle Nigeria Plc., IDH, United Nation World Food Program, USAID, Guinness Nigeria Plc., Nigeria Brewery Plc. (Heineken), CFNA, AGRA, NAERLS, Cadbury (Mondelez), Premier Seeds, Technoserve among others who provide support in education of these farmers in crop Agronomy including Pre-harvest and post-harvest technology and self-sufficiency.
Over the last few years, the company has successfully trained and provided farming support for over 5,000 farmers on Maize, Sorghum, and Soya bean on profitable farming and crop husbandry technology.
Our corporate goal is to up-scale number of farmers, and expand our out growers scheme to accommodate 10,000 farmers and develop the company infrastructure for effective grain storage and warehousing without losing sight on tillage practices programmed to reduce CO2 emission thereby reducing effect on climatic change.
LORYB & DP VENTURES LIMITED is a duly registered and accredited company under the Company and Allied Matters Acts (CAMA) 1990 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria ON 13TH July, 1994.
The company has made giant strides, establishing herself as a major Supplier and Processor of Raw Materials to Blue Chip Companies. Our clientele base cuts across blue Chip companies such as Guinness Nigeria Plc., Nestle Nig. Plc., Cadbury Nig. Plc., Nigerian Breweries Plc., World Food Program among others. On the average, our annual supply to these companies is above 60,000 tons of Sorghum, Maize, Millet, Soyabean and Cashew nut, Sesame of world standard quality for export to the aforementioned companies and NGOs.
From inception, we have established a working, reliable and dependable relationship with these various blue chips companies. Logistics:
To ensure efficient delivery, we have a total of fifteen (15) trucks in our fleet including Bulk trucks purposely set aside for service dedicated customers.
We are in the process of acquiring more trucks to meet our ever increasing Logistics needs.
Storage Facility:
We have well-articulated storage facilities with over 60,000 tons capacity in our two locations in Zaria North West and Ijebu-Ode South West Nigeria.
We are continually increasing this capacity as the need arises.
